Alpha-res combines the proven exhibition services expertise of BSI, Europe's leading hotel and conference booking agency, and Coventry Data Services, the UK's premier registration company.
By offering these packages well in advance of the exhibition, the organiser is both making attendance for the visitor easier and at the same time, taking advantage of this major revenue source.
- Visitors
Packages are offered to visitors through exhibition branded literature, distributed with leaflets.
Where required, room and flight up-grades are optional, as is an extended itinerary.
VIP groups requiring a total service, including land transfers, can also be serviced by Alpha-res.
Registration is processed by CDS. Hotel and flight requests are then transmitted to BSI where they are fulfilled. Staff at each of the British Airways shops and offices worldwide are on hand to discuss any queries a visitor may have.
- Exhibitors
For exhibitors, a similar service is available. Hotel accommodation, off-site meeting venues and air fares (if applicable) can be arranged and are offered through the exhibitors' pack.
The basic package for overseas exhibitors includes single accommodation for show duration, economy flights and travel insurance. Room and flight up-grades are available. Exhibitors are also able to tailor the basic package to suit their needs.
